We bought the bedroom suite of our dreams at The Granary. Not only did we get a fantastic deal and value (this is the kind of furniture you can pass down to your kids!) but the staff was AMAZING!!! Thanks for everything ladies!
This is hands down the best place to buy furniture, it is real wood, can’t get any better than that. I can say my whole house is filled with furniture I have bought there, they are my first and only choice of where I purchase furniture. The sales staff are very helpful and any time that I had any issues with any purchase they always have made it right no matter what. I get a lot of compliments on my furniture, and I make sure to always point out where I bought it and tell anyone, “Why buy “fake” furniture when you can have “good quality” furniture for the same or a little more amount.
We ordered a set of dressers and nightstands from The Granary in Findlay, Ohio in late fall of 2024. The staff was the most accommodating in working with us to delay placing our order with the manufacturer a few months and subsequently delaying shipment until after we knew the timing of the sale of our home in Ohio and our move to our new retirement home in Maine. In early summer of 2025, once in residence a thousand miles always from Ohio, we called The Granary who promptly communicated to the shipper on our behalf to initiate transport of our order to our new address. It took a few weeks for the shipper to combine our order with another heading to New England, which we had been told to expect, since ours was a partial load. Once a shipping date was determined, the shipper called us to say when they’d be arriving with our lad and gave us the name and cell phone number of the driver. It arrived on time, as promised. We were extremely impressed with the driver’s skills in backing his 24 ft. box truck into our tree-lined, curving driveway to get as close to the delivery entrance as possible. The furniture pieces were all extremely well protected in plastic, which the movers handled flawlessly, carrying them into the house in light rain. After unpacking them and setting them in place in our bedroom they confirmed our satisfaction before leaving. We are thrilled with our purchase, both in terms of quality and service. Everyone we worked with throughout the process was very helpful and professional. We would not hesitate to work again with the staff at The Granary and have orders shipped to our Maine home.
We purchased our couch from Dianne at The Granary about two years ago. First of all, the quality of the furniture is amazing. We use our couch daily and it has held up very well. The material and structure of the couch are as good today as the day we had it delivered. The purchase was so easy. We live in Florida and found this same couch at a store about 2 hours away from us. I called Dianne and explained to her what I wanted. She worked up a price and delivery options. We actually saved a few hundred dollars, and it was delivered even quicker than if I had gone with the more local option. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Thank you to all the staff at The Granary.
We have had multiple purchases and delivery from the Granary of bedroom, kitchen, and living room furniture to our Tennessee home over multiple years. Dianna and her staff were excellent to work with in selecting furniture with custom stains that matched our home decorations. All of the furniture deliveries were very professional with agreed upon delivery time and outstanding delivery service in our home. I highly recommend working with the Granary to find your desired custom furniture along with excellent contracted delivery service.
My husband and I have purchased many pieces of furniture from The Granary Gifts and Furniture over the past seven years, and we couldn’t be more pleased. From deciding on what we wanted to purchase, ordering the furniture and then having it delivered we have had superior service! Once the furniture was completed The Granary kept us up to date on when it was going to be shipped and who the shipping agent was. We were then contacted by the shipping agent and informed as to delivery date and instructions. For one delivery we did have an issue with two of our dining room table leaves being damaged. The shipping agent took the damaged leaves back with him and they were repaired and delivered once completed. The shipping partner used by The Granary has always been very pleasant to work with, very professional on the phone and keeps you informed of your delivery status. I have complete confidence in their services and will continue to purchase from The Granary in the future.
The Granary coordinated a seamless out-of-state delivery experience, taking care to protect their top-quality craftsmanship during transport and clearly labeling pieces room-to-room. From placing the order to placing the furniture in out Tennessee home, it was a pleasure working with the team at The Granary in Findlay, Ohio.
I visited the store early Oct when all accessories were supposed to be on sale, big sign out front.I picked out two pillows and had them on the counter to pay. I went to my car to get my purse and when I came back in, the lady said , " Oh I just found those are not on sale." so I left without the pillows. Previously I have purchased many things there and have always been happy. This was a one time experience because before I Thought they were great. Love their decor, Christmas trees etc,
