Functional Dining Storage with Amish Craftsmanship
A well-designed dining room isn’t just about the table — it’s about smart storage that keeps your space organized and welcoming. At The Granary near Findlay, OH, we offer handcrafted Amish buffets, hutches, and display cabinets that combine timeless beauty with everyday functionality. Each piece is built from solid hardwood and designed to coordinate seamlessly with your dining table and chairs.

Buffets & Sideboards
A buffet or sideboard adds both elegance and practicality to your dining room.
A buffet provides storage for:
- Table linens
- Dishware
- Serving pieces
- Seasonal décor
It also serves as a convenient serving station during family meals or holiday gatherings. Instead of crowding your table, you can neatly display dishes and refreshments on your buffet surface.
Hutches & China Cabinets
A hutch or China cabinet brings height, character, and display space into your dining room.
With glass doors and interior shelving, hutches allow you to showcase:
- China collections
- Glassware
- Decorative serving pieces
- Family heirlooms
Lower cabinets provide concealed storage, while upper glass sections add visual interest and depth to your space.
Corner & Curio Cabinets
If your dining room has unused corners or tighter wall space, a corner cabinet or curio piece can make excellent use of that area.
Glass-front corner cabinets:
- Maximize otherwise unused space
- Provide vertical storage
- Add charm without overwhelming the room
Curio cabinets offer a refined way to display collectibles or treasured items while protecting them behind glass.

My husband and I have purchased many pieces of furniture from The Granary Gifts and Furniture over the past seven years, and we couldn’t be more pleased. From deciding on what we wanted to purchase, ordering the furniture and then having it delivered we have had superior service! Once the furniture was completed The Granary kept us up to date on when it was going to be shipped and who the shipping agent was. We were then contacted by the shipping agent and informed as to delivery date and instructions. For one delivery we did have an issue with two of our dining room table leaves being damaged. The shipping agent took the damaged leaves back with him and they were repaired and delivered once completed. The shipping partner used by The Granary has always been very pleasant to work with, very professional on the phone and keeps you informed of your delivery status. I have complete confidence in their services and will continue to purchase from The Granary in the future.
